At our facility, car sales, body shop, and several brand and multibrand workshops collaborate. The multibrand workshop, which also includes a delivery workshop, is authorized for over 19 car brands, including MG, BYD, Nissan, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Subaru, Saab, Cadillac, Corvette, Smart, Hongqi, and several American car brands.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of service manager, you have overall responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 30 employees consisting of technicians and administrative staff. The role entails full responsibility for the business's results, including budget, follow-up, forecasting, as well as work environment and compliance with applicable regulations.

You drive continuous development of working methods, processes, and workflows with a focus on efficiency, quality, and a sustainable work environment.

Key Competencies and Abilities

We are looking for someone who is a clear and confident leader with the ability to engage and motivate employees. You combine an empathetic approach with a strategic holistic perspective and have the ability to make decisions even in complex situations.

You have good technical understanding and experience in developing processes within workshop or service operations. Building long-term relationships, ensuring high service quality, and contributing to a positive customer experience are a natural part of your leadership.

To succeed in this role, good collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally are required.
